I am covering a cake with MMF and it looks a little rough. The fondant looks puckered...like little holes in it that don't go all the way through. Is there a way to smooth those out without removing all of the fondant and starting over? TIA for any help/ advice.

This happened to me quite a while ago, too. I think I was using MMF. I used a pin to lightly pop the bubbles and then smoothed over the hole with my finger.
That won't be a pleasant task if there are a lot, though!

Unfortunately I ended up taking it off and re-kneading because there was still too much to cover with decorations.
