Hi there,

I have a friend in Ontario that i am going to be visiting in april and i want to make her a cake for her 23rd birthday. The problem is that I live in Alberta, and i am taking my 1 year old with me on the trip, so i dont want to pack all my baking things.

Is there a way i can bake the cakes here, and ship them to ontario, and then decorate them there? I will be taking a plane for the trip......

Any suggestions are much appreciated!

i would also like to know I live in Virginia and my aunt is getting married in California, and i am not going but would like to send a cake. i once saw on the we channel the man ship tiered cakes via airplane, he did not go thru ups or anything he actually shipped it from the airline company.
