Help, the dolls at the retail stores look so gross, and dishevelled. Anyone have any suggestions on where I can find ones that are actually pretty and princess-like? Thanks.

I've used regular Barbie dolls. I find the cheapest one I can if it's just a general doll cake, usually $5 or so. If it's more of a particular princess, then I find that doll to match. Costs a bit more but the child loves it.

The dollar stores have the generic plastic dolls that are a lot better looking than the Wilton doll picks too.

Hi Kim: Thanks, I never thought of looking at the Dollar Store. I go there all the time! Have a good day!
