Choc Wrap, Is This Right??

This is the back of my first Choc wrap cake. Is this what it is supposed to look like? How can I improve? It wanted to come unglued so I had to keep a salt shaker pushed up against it till I gave it away.

Yeah, you got the basic idea for a choc wrap. To make the seam less noticeable tuck the extra acetate so that the two chocolate covered ends are sticking into eachother. There will still be a little seam but that is just the back of the cake. Looks good.

Thanks for your reply! I used to live in Morrisville, we would go to the "Butterfly Museum" in Durham all the time.
