I am relatively new to cake decorating, and I had a quick (and probably easy) question! When I'm filling a cake with something lighter and fluffier than a BC (a mousse, for example) how do I prevent all of the filling from squishing out, when I put the top on the cake!? I hope this question makes sense! Thank you so much,
Pipe a ring/dam of buttercream around the perimeter of the cake and fill in with the filling.
