I was just wondering if anyone knows if melvira cupcake filling that is made with evaporated milk needs refrig.
here is the recipe if it helps 2/3 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/4 t. salt
1 t. vanilla (clear or brown) . thanks
