I'm not able to upload to my photo gallery so I thought I could post my pic here and get feedback.

This is my first topsy turvy cake ever. Thanks to CC and other video websites I was able to teach myself and I did it!!

It's not as topsy turvyish as I would have wanted, but hey, it's my first one. And now I learned from this and will do things differently next time. It really was an awesome learning experience.

It's all fondant and the cake is pink lemonade with cherry filling.. It's supposed to be hot pink and red, but you can't really tell from the pic. Any feedback is appreciated. TFL!!!

Yeah once I put the fondant on I noticed that..lol...

I made the heart cutter myself...Yay! I've seen cutters online in that shape but i had no time of money to order any. I had to improvise.

This is a very pretty cake, yet alone the design!
I agree with the others, sounds like in addition to you doing cake decorating, you might have found your second niche. Making cookie cutters!

I made one a long long long time ago, I had to improvise and made mine out of a hanger!! But, it worked great when I needed it.

I too love the black border design..

Q,,, was it hard to do a T.T. cake? I haven't done one yet, and I'm sure I will get a request for one..

Keep up the lovely work! Can't wait to see more pics soon! thumbs_up.gif

You know, it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. You should totally do it. It was a great learning experience and I love that I can teach myself new things just from using the internet. Here's a few links you might like...
