How Would You Do This Cake?

Ignore the flowers on this cake, how would you go about doing the scroll work/swirls on this cake? Royal icing or fondant?

If you zoom in, it says in the blurb in the top left corner that the vines are dark chocolate....which might mean they used chocolate clay/modelling chocolate for them? icon_smile.gif

Yes, agree w/her^^^icon_smile.gif Fondant, or chocolate clay is definitely the medium they used.

I would use a blend of GP and RF (If they need to be brown, then I would use modelling chocolate)
