My husband does not like RBC because he says he thinks it is too chewy and icing should not be. Am I doing something wrong? My boys and I think it is okay, but he does not like it. Do some people just not like the texture of it? I like it also because it is easy to do a big batch of cookies at one time. Help! Should I worry about his opinion or just go with what I like?

I use RBC to make figures or whatnot on a cake; not to frost the cake.

Yes, there are many people who do not like the texture of rolling icings (RBC or fondant).
Just roll w/the punchesicon_smile.gif Do you make most of your cakes for the family? Is so, then I guess you should go back to b'cream. If not what;s does it matter to him? icon_smile.gif
