Has anyone made IMBC with powdered egg whites? Just curious to see if it would work.

I have, using CK powdered egg whites, and it worked. It had the exact same ingredients as Wilton Color Flow, and I tried it, and it worked! I have also used cartoned, pasteurized egg whites...and they worked!

Thanks! Glad to know, I'm not sure I can use real egg whites if I work out of my home.

I always make my IMBC starting with meringue powder instead of fresh egg whites.
