Which icing is best to use on fondant when doing embroidery technique? Is one easier? Does one look better than the other? Any other tips/advice you want to share?
As you figured it can be done w/either. Personally I prefer RI. It think it give a much crisper look.
I agree; it can be done with either, but I think RI gives a much neater look. Just be sure you thin it down enough, and only put a small amount in your bag, or you will kill your hand with all that piping thru fine tips!
