For those of you who sell cupcakes, what size pans do you use? Do you use the standard 2-inch base size or the jumbo 2-1/2-inch base pans? Are your wedding cupcakes the same size as a normal cupcake?

Also, just as a side note, I HATE the Wilton brand white standard liners. I buy the CakeMate ones near the cake mix in the grocery store. They come apart much easier.
I used the Wilton ones last night. They came apart fine for me when I was placing them in the pan. Didn't get stuck to each other out of the package like the Jumbo ones do. BUT they all are pulling away from the cupcakes now that they are baked. The look like someone has come in and peeled the wrappers off of them and all they've been doing is sitting on the counter. Weird. I'm used to making the jumbo size, so after making the standard size yesterday, they look so tiny to me. I think I'll try your suggestion April and get a different brand of liners and see if they are better than Wilton's.
