I'm wanting to make a cupcake cake for my son's b-day. I've seen pictures where the base icing on the cupcakes was so smooth with the picture piped on top. Are there any tricks to getting the icing smooth? Cupcakes are obviously not flat and especially not when put together. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!
HAve you tired Youtube? There are alot of video's on there.. I just leanred about crumb coating yesterday on youtube..
