I am in the process of setting up an agreement/contract with an existing food business that wants to help promote mine and vise versa. I will be using most of their equipment, but providing some of my own, such as an oven. I didn't know if any of you out there that have something going similar to this would be willing to share a contract/agreement that you have so that I know what I should even be looking for. I have an idea on some of the items to be included, but I thought something more specific might be helpful. For, privacy concerns, you could block out the individuals or businesses converned. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
