Can you use liquid egg whites for this? I've read all the liquid egg whites at the grocery store and they said they don't whip.. I was just wondering if there's a safer way.
Also does anyone have a good recipe for SMBC ? TIA!
That's all I use! I was concerned about what the carton says but it always works just fine.
I use a recipe from marthastewart.com. If you search that site for buttercream you will find quite a bit. There are recipes on this site that members have had success with also.
do you use the Egg Beaters brand?
I've used that and another one, I think it's called Just Whites. Shame on me for not knowing because it's my fave. They are usually right next to each other.
