I find that wiping crisco in the pan and then flour works great. Butter will work too, but I like crisco better... it comes out really clean. Don't miss a spot, or it will stick!

Bakery recipe for non stick or release is

1 cup flour
1 cup crisco
1 cup oil
Mix with a hand blender or reg blender until smooth. I have also done it in my mixer and doubled it. Store in a air tight container.
It is fabulous!!!!

You can make your own. Once mixed up, just rub it in the pan with a paper towel or brush.
Mix 1 cup of flour with 1 cup of crisco then add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

I ended up using the crisco with flour since it was the first response. It worked like a charm!! But thank you everyone...I'll be saving the recipe for cake release as well! icon_biggrin.gif
