Cake In The Fridge

I have a ton of cake scraps left over from last weekend in my refrigerator. How long will they stay good? I want to make cake balls out of them.

If you're going to make cake balls, I would recommend putting your scraps in the freezer. That way you would know that your cake was still okay and it wouldn't dry out like it does in the fridge.
