Hi all,
I will be making my daughter's reception food along with cupcakes and want to make the cupcakes ahead of time. How long can you freeze them for? They will be unfrosted since we are having a cupcake buffet where the guests will decorate their own cupcake.

I have frozen my cupcakes for weeks!!

What a fun idea to have the guests decorate their own cupcakes! Would you share some details? This is one of those things that I will stick in the back of my head with all the other great ideas that I MAY do one day!

Martha- my daughter is having a Quinceanera (sweet15) and looked at the wedding sites with candy buffet and popcorn buffet well someone posted a cupcake bar or buffet and thought it would be lots of fun. We are doing different flavor cupcakes and they will have a choice of chocolate or vanilla frosting, sprinkles,cookies, some nuts, coconut, candy and some fruit.
