Does it exist. If so, who makes it, where can I get it and is it good?

What brand butter flavor/extract do you all use; besides being cheaper to make, is there any other reason why you use instead of real butter? TIA

I use Lorann cheesecake flavoring. It tastes really great in Whimsical Bakehouse House Buttercream, and it tastes more like cream cheese to me than cheesecake flavor.

I personally use Wilton's butter flavor/extract. The only reason I don't use butter is if the icing needs to hold up in warm conditions, otherwise I use Italian Meringue Buttercream, which I love because I love butter! Haha icon_biggrin.gif
