Ok... so I have a few DRIED water marks on my black Satin Ice fondant. Is there ANYTHING I can do to get those off? Can I brush it with lemon extract or alcohol or anything to get that to go away?

Sadly, unless you catch a water spot IMMEDIATELY and hit it with a dab of cornstarch, once it's dried, it's permanent. The water melts the sugar in the fondant and that crusts. You can remove the crust, but that leaves a pit--sort of a vicious circle.

If you go over the entire cake with water, you'll get a shiny fondant crust all over.
