Ok guys..need opinions..
I baked choc WASC cakes on Sunday and froze (cake is due Saturday), and then of course, I got up Monday with a feezer that decided to stop freezing. I took the cakes out (repair man coming) left them wrapped of course. I did briefly think to put them outside since it is winter here, but of course it is 36 degrees. Please someone give me a glimmer of hope that I do not need to rebake and the cakes will be ok...
Naw.....they'll be fine. Just pop them back into the fzr.
If you can do put them in the frig or outside (safely??) until the fzr is back up to fzing.
Oh thank you so much! I will pop them back in when it is fixed. Refreezing wont make them taste crappy? I have been staring out side trying to think of a spot that either my dog wont get them or a moose. In the meantime, in the fridge they go.
