have you searched for it, & it didn't come up?

if it's gone, then maybe you can post what your concerns are, & maybe we can see if there's anything we can help you with. i'm not an expert in baking, but i've been baking cheesecakes since a decade ago, & pretty much never failed (god forbid).. icon_smile.gif)

actually its just my second time to try cheesecake... i need all the tips that i could get. the first try was almost perfect. it tasted like what a cheesecake should taste like but the texture was flan like... i used the bain marie method, baked it for 1hour at 300. cooled it inside the oven with the door slightly opened.

i think what i am looking for are tips that would help me get a cheesecake with a perfect texture.
