I kept looking up sugar free, diabetic listing in the recipies has a good frosting it looks like. Just stuck on the red velvet. Maybe melt in sugar free chocolate in a sugar free mix then the red color. Sound possible??

Okay this is what I am thinking. Make the cake from sratch and instead of sugar use splenda. But I would make sure the client can eat Splenda. Of course there are other forms of sugar substitutes.

Below are two recipies that I have found that might help.
