I haven't had a lot of baking to do lately so, when I'm in a slow period, I put together a list of things I want to try when next I get to rev up the oven. Yesterday was busy so I got to pull out my list and, top priority, was mixing up a batch of Indydebi's buttercream. Indydebi... I love it!!! The texture is amazing and piped so beautifully. My sister lives in Pitt. and it reminds me of what so many of the really good bakeries around there use as their buttercream. I think it is the addition of the Dream Whip that makes it stand out. Thanks again for your willingness to share your knowledge... now, if we can just get you to fork over that chocolate chip cookie recipe!
