Does anybody have a good dairy fee Cake and/or Frosting Recipes? I have a client that has allerigies to Dairy. Thanks for the Help.

I use the Becel lactose free margarine to make my dairy free icings!! Just sub it for regular butter.If you check the recipe section there may be a few egg-free cake recipes otherwise google it!

There are egg white substitutes. Maybe you could find a cake recipe that uses egg whites, like Blue Ribbon White Cake from this site, and use those instead. Just an idea. HTH

eggs are considered dairy, yes.
Actually thats a good question. I'm lactose-intollerant but eggs dont bother me a bit.
Ask your client if eggs are ok icon_smile.gif
