Wich Chocolate Do You Use?

I accidently double posted, so why not make new thread?
wich chocolate do you use?
i usually use valrhona
70% and up for dipping, and molding
and 33-65% for molding and decorating

I would love to use valrhona, but alas its only available online and its too expensive. I settle for 65% ghiradelli that I can get at Sam's.
