I broke my gumpaste "1" for a cake topper that is being picked up later today. I just made another one from gumpaste... is there a way to get it to dry faster? Any help would be awesome!

I have heard of people putting gum paste in a warm oven. Personally, I have a dehydrator..it dries gumpaste in an hour! It is worth the investment!

Don't put it in the oven, I did that on the lowest temp and everything melted. You can use a blow dryer and it goes very fast.

What did you end up doing and how did it turn out?
For future info: coat the back w/choco. Of course you want to match the color.....I've used white on pastel shades of gumpaste.
