I do allot of 3d cakes and servings and pricing are always a issue. lady wants a Xerox copier for 100 ppl. I know in order to get "look" I will have to build cake up. This cake will be sheet so servings will be easy to calculate. However, when I do purses or gym shoes what should the serving size be.

Should the servings be 1.5x2x4 or 2x2x4?.

How much do I charge her for Xexox copier?
When building a cake does real cake go on top?
