Hi all!

Just wondering if its a good idea to cut the MMF recipe here at CC in half?

I want to make the fondant (as I have done in the past) but its too much for what I want to do this time around.

Thanks!

I've only made MMF once. And it was for a small cake, so I halfed it. It worked out no problem!
