Does anyone use the WASC w/ cake flour? Just wondering. I think I may try it tonight.
Also, I now cake flour produces a more tender crumb, but this doesn't translate to a drier cake, does it?

I use cake flour all the time with this recipe... Its very good. Not dry or crumbly at all.
