I'm in need of your expertise. I have Sugarshack's buttercream dvd. Im filling a cake with the ferrero rocher filling recipe on this site, but added the whole can of nutella. I assume it still needs to be refrigerated. My concern is how long can I let the cake sit out of the refrigerator (to let condensation dry off) before icing it?
