I am doing a cake for this weekend and they are having the party at The Bass Pro Shop and wanted the cake to have the BPS logo on it but have Happy Birthday on the sign where Bass Pro Shops goes. Do you think that would be legal?

Why don't you call and ask The Bass Pro Shop? That's what I would do since that's where the party is going to be. And of course, that's a CYA thing too.
