I have some fondant hearts that I want to attach to wires to have them coming out of the cake. What do I use to attach them to the wires?

Are they already dry? It will be hard to stick the wires in dry ones.
If so, then I think your only choice it to use a new piece of fondant and glue the wire between the dry & new fondant w/gum glue.

I use some melted chocolate disks.
