Anybody know how to do this? I've never used piping gel before and wondered if it would work?

piping gel works, or a wee bit of water, or icing.

If you are lucky enough to have an airbrush, I like to spray it with pearl luster first, it's just the right amount of moisture to make the sugar stick.

Thin down your piping gel with a little water and it works great!!!
