I need to color some of Sugarshacks BC. How do I mix the color in without causing air bubbles?

It will be a pain to do it by hand, but if that's the way it's done, I'll do it. icon_razz.gif

Can I use a hand mixer?

Use a hand mixer on low speed. Color enough to cover the beaters if you can.

For future info if doing smaller amounts, stir in a figure 8 with a wire wisk.
