(if this belongs in the cupcake forum, I appologize icon_redface.gif )

I want to start dropping off cake samples at local businesses again, but this time I thought it might be easier to make mini cupcakes instead of small cakes (which ARE PITA, as I've found).

** Who also does this, and do you make several flavors/frostings and just drop off a few at each business? What is your plan?

Thanks ~ icon_smile.gif

why hello hello hello hello (like my echo icon_lol.gif ) just kidding ya. I know it's late and hard to get responses right now.
Mini-cakes are a PITA!!!!! Mini-cupcakes are very easy. When I made mini cupcakes before I would just put a little swirl of icing on them and that was it. Usually one or 2 flavors are enough to do. That is unless you have a killer flavor that others love and can use as a signature items for K2's cakes and use as a marketing tool.
