I have to make egg free cupcakes. My kids are both allergic to eggs. However, ever since I started making them egg free (I use Ener-G egg replacer. Basically potato starch and tapioca), the bottoms of the cc's are sticking to the liners. Do you think spraying a little pam on the liner would work, or is there some other trick I should try first?
I always spray my liners to prevent sticking.
