Dessert Bar For Prom

Hi!

I've been asked to make the desserts for our high schools prom this year. They were thinking about doing a dessert bar. The theme of the prom is the "Roaring Twenties". Do you guys have any creative ideas on what different desserts to make?? (it needs to feed 300) They also have a chocolate fountain that can be used.
