A lady at my church asked me if it were possible to make a red velvet cake orange colored instead of red. I told her it would most likely be a little browninsh due to the cocoa, but that an orange red velvet cake would be possible.

She then told me that her daughter was getting married in Chattanooga, but was having trouble finding a baker/decorator who would do an orange red velvet cake.
