I've been contacted by a friend to make a lemon cake. I love the WASC and have made many flavors from it like chocolate, golden, coconut, strawberry, spice...but I haven't made lemon. Any suggestions?
There are several threads about all the different flavors of WASC and lemon is one of them. I don't have the thread right now. I believe you will want to use a lemon cake mix and use lemon extract instead of the almond.
If you do a search for WASC you will see a thread talking about it.
I just made this. I used 1 cup of water and 1/3 cup of Limoncelo for the liquid. I used creme bouquet flavor in place of the almond flavor. I torted and filled with strawberry filling and peach filling.
