Mmf Help??

I've made MMF a couple times before with no trouble. However, today, It is really really crumbly? I can't seem to kneed to a smooth consistancy. Is it possible I have too much powdered sugar? Can I add anything to it to thin it out a bit or do I need to start over.

add some glycerine and work it in will help, sounds like to much ps in it. you can add flavoring also which will help but normally i add mine right after mic. the marshmallows. Try workin in some shortening will help also. HTH's
