How do I make soap bubbles I saw a cake with a duck on it in a tub

I just use fondant for mine. Roll little balls then use some irredescent luster dust to give them shine.

Me, too. I make several balls at once, place them in a bowl with super pearl dust, and swirl it around to coat them.
