Cottage Foods Act which would allow us to legally sell our cakes from
home.

I have not heard back from Senator Ogden's office yet, although I didn't expect to yet. The Senate Finance Committee (of which he is the Chair) is meeting all this week and next. I feel I presented a well-thought-out-case to his aide. What I'm asking people to do now is FAX the Senator's office asking him to introduce thsi legislation. More details here:
