What sizes of sheet cake pans and square cake pan sizes would you recommend buying? In order of importance. Thanks for the help!

I would say a half-sheet pan first (12 x 18 ). When I bought my first square pans I went with the 6, 9, and 12 inch sizes.

It really just depends on what your needs are. I have most sizes of just about everything now, and I've added to my collection as I need something.

that's a good size pan to have because you can double it and come up with a full sheet if someone wants one.

I use a lot of rounds... I would say 8 and 10 inch rounds are the most popular. And I would buy two of each of those when you can. Makes baking so much faster.....

Then I would go 6 and 12 inch round...

Then work on your squares.

What about pan brands? I'm looking to buy some new pans, and there are so many to choose from!
