hi every one.. i have not been doing decorated cakes for a while.. and still back then I was trying a different buttercream recipe every time, tomorrow i have to make a 3D car cake, they don't like fondant.. only butercream.. shal I use a recipe for covering the cake first then another type of buttercream for th outlining and the details? which recipie? pls tell me u tips.. pls! icon_cry.gif

Hi, I wouldn't use two different buttercreams. And Sugarshack's buttercream is really good. Here is a link for you to see.




She uses wedding bouquet flavouring. If you don't have that, you can use whatever the flavouring/extract you've got and to your taste. You can freeze the buttercream if you have left overs.
