I was reading a thread on the Wilton website where someone was talking about a comfort grip Mickey Mouse head cookie cutter. They said they are sold at Walt Disney World in the bake shop in Downtown Disney.

Does anyone here own that cookie cutter? And if you do, could I please see a picture of it?

I saw this pancake ring of Mickey Mouse. Do you think it would work for cookies?

Mickey Mouse egg and pancake batter ring. Has a unique, rubbery feel. Made of FDA approved food grade silicone . About 4 - 5 inches.

Sorry, I haven't seen that particular cutter. I have a coated metal cutter Wilton sold in a set a few years back.

Here is a "mouse head" cutter that might work for you.

I have some silicone rings and they aren't rigid enough to cut through cookie dough. You might be able to push the dough through the shape and bake it together -- wouldn't need a roll & cut recipe for that. Or you could use the mold as a template and cut your cookies out with a sharp knife. HTH!
