I have recently gotten in to using royal icing. I love making flowers out of it. Is there anything more I can use it for. Do you know of any websites that give you step by step instructions on how to make different things?

I was also wondering when you should use buttercream flowers and when you should use royal icing flowers. Does it matter or is it whatever you prefer?

I have made a tiara with the royal icing. There is step by step instructions on CC. Turned out great and my daughter loved it.
