I'm still watching my marathon foodnetwork challenges from Sunday. I cracked up last night when the competing cake dude showed Giada how to use textured papertowl to get different effects. She was amazed!

I didn't see that , but I can imagine someone who'd never seen it acting like it was a tremendous invention. Too funny...People are impressed by weird stuff.

That's funny. I love Giada, her smile takes up her entire face.

Darn, missed this challenge while at work and forgot to set DVR! What was it called?

Honeychild--Around our house we refer to her as "big-head Giada" because she looks like she's got that big mouth and head balanced on her stick-thin body. I love her cookbooks, though!

LOL! That's funny, my husband thinks the same thing about her and her big head.

My BIL calls her show food porn. Low cut tops, her making faces and sounds when she is eating...men!

Very funny Costumecar - my husband calls Giada "big head" and Mario Batali "fat head". However, I LOVE Giada - she is so sweet.

Yeah, I saw that and it cracked me up! You can tell she doesn't do any cake decorating! She thought it was the neatest thing since sliced bread! Or should I say proccutio!

I think it was the engagement cake one, wasn't it? I think it was the guy doing the large cactus on top of their pizza parlor and was using the paper towel to make the red frosting look like bricks with the lines.

I saw on YouTube there are several videos of her under the title of "jiggly b**bs" or something like that. I do enjoy watching her and the recipes of hers that I've tried really are good, but sometimes the low cut top is a bit distracting.

This is a good one too - Nigella Lawson impression.

My hubby refers to her as "bobble-head Giada"! He knows that she's one of my all-time favorites and teases me a bit! However, he enjoys her choice of shirts for the show! he he! Your're so right.....men!

Hey, if I had what my daughter refers to as "tiggle-bitties" like Giada's....I might show them off a little too! I just adore her!

And all the moaning and groaning....Paula Dean is that way too. She sounds like she is having the Big O when she eats. icon_lol.gificon_lol.gificon_lol.gif

I saw that too! Made me giggle. Here these chefs are doing AMAZING things and she was impressed by the paper towel trick. Funny.

I wondered if any CC members were featured on any of those challenge shows? I only have 4 episodes left. I'm getting totally inspired!

That's too funny! My husband calls her "big-headed Giada" and walks around saying ....from that cartoon...."I have a big head..and little arms". He cracks me up.

Also, when we watch Ina Garten on her show "Barefoot Contessa", we noticed that she talks really quietly and they must have the mics turned way up because you can hear every little sounds the food makes....he calls her "the food whisper"
