I'm a newbie in this site and in making cakes for others. I have a request to make a chocolate cake with cream cheese filling and another one for a chocolate and vanilla cake with strawberry filling. Can I use buttercream icing for both of those cakes and they'll taste ok? I'm not used to making anything my buttercream. Thanks!!
