Im going to donate a cake gift voucher for my daughters school as part of a fund raising project. I was thinking of putting the following info on it

Value of cake
Expiry date
notice period


anything else that Im missing? I DONT want this to come back and bite me in the a$$

ermmm, what about style/size of cake? or will that be covered in the value part?

I suggest you include whether delivery is included in the value.

it depends what you are happy with, im thinking about the type of cake, they could get a lot of basically decorated cake, or a small, but very intricately decorated, time intensive cake for the same money.
maybe instead of a value voucher like for $x, its just a voucher for a sheet or round/square, with a limited range of decorations, which they can pay more if they want more cakes/ fancier things on it? dont know how to go about wording that though!
